tips & tricks utk dapatkan flat tummy melalui ibadat sunat ; Solat Tarawih.
Alhamdulillah, it derives from my personal experience and i love to share it with all of the readers out there(who might stumbled upon my blog and read this post. i knew i've been blogging alone all this while... he he). I practised this exercise for 11 day in a row and the result is very satisfying gals! tapi takderla macam perut Megan Fox si lelaki jadik perempuan tu. tapi otot perut jadik ngancem ahhh!
i - what you all need to do is just to inhale deeply before you bend for Ruku' and hold your breath, until you completely bend and exhale slowly while reciting Subhanarabbial azimi wabihamdih3x. If, you are able to, don't inhale until you i'tidal again.
ii - same thing goes to Sujud, inhale deeply before sujud and release your breath as soon as your forehead reached the sejadah. and never inhale again until you are up to "duduk antara dua sujud". when you are in this position, it is best to inhale just once before bend over again.
the trick is simple, when we inhale, automatically we straightened our back, push our tummy a lil' bit forward, and if you try this you will notice, the moment you exhale while bending over your tummy slowly compacted. *tapi kena hembus nafas perlahan2 dan panjang2 baru jadik!* hu hu
kalau xpercaya cuba tarik nafas panjang2, dan tgk perut kita apa jadi?mengembang bukan? dan cuba lepaskan perlahan2, semakin mengempis kan? exercise ni sangat lah bagus tambah2 untuk memampatkan perut. tapi kena ingat, masa berbuka tu cuba kawal diri jangan makan & minum terlalu banyak sampai perut tiada ruang untuk menyimpan oksigen. ingat!! perut kita cuma ada 3 bahagian, 1/3 for food, 1/3 for water, and the last 1/3 is for oxygen. So fella, pliss don't take away the space for oxygen.
Benefits you can get from thi simple exercise ; as what i felt.
- paru2 akan terasa lebih mengembang dan sihat
- bila oksigen sampai secukupnya kepada otak, otak akan menjadi cergas dan melancarkan perjalanan darah
- bila blood circulation runs smoothly, kita akan jadik segar sepanjang solat tarawih dan takder sangap2 punyer. boleh tahan sampai 23 raka'at getuww!
- senaman ni jugak bagus untuk kita punya spine tau kawan2. sebab nye, bila kita tarik nafas tu, upper body kita akan jadi tegak tau dan bila kita tunduk untuk ruku' dan sujud dgn tulang belakang yang lurus, xbengkok2 kita boleh menyelamatkan tulang belakang kita daripada menjadi bongkok sebelum waktunya....
- hasil yang paling menakjubkan adalah = perut. flat tummy. ini betul punya. bukan kata2 tipu si penjual obat tepi jalan tau. hu hu
